Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your on-line purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange any earrings.

Please note that made to order pieces are also excluded from the refund policy as the piece has been made especially for you.

Please ensure the item is returned to us unworn, in its original packaging with the order slip. Please send the item to us using a recorded or trackable service as we are not liable for any damage caused to the item in transit.
